Mr. Bahati holds a Msc in Environmental Risk from Roskilde University Denmark, and a Bsc in Aquatic Environmental Sciences and Conservation from UDSM Tanzania. He  has > 9 years of experience, specializing in sediment and water quality assessment, testing ecological health of various biological communities, preparation of environmental planning and compliance Documents for aquatic related projects. Ms. Maria Pentzel 

Fisheries Officer at Ubungo Municipal Council (UMC) 

Ms. Maria holds an Erasmus Mundus Master Course on Maritime Spatial Planning from Venice, Azores and Sevilla Universities and a Bsc in Fisheries and Aquaculture from University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM). She has  6 years of experience in fisheries management, stakeholder engagement and environmental conservation. maria.pentzel@gmail.com

Ailars David is an early career professional who is very passionate and well experienced on the field of aquatic science and aquaculture. He is an excellent expert in aquatic and marine science, research and aquaculture.

he is a voracious reader and an avid traveler, he has an inspirational leadership spirit.

Mr.Benjamin P. is an early  holder of bachelor degree in aquatic science and aquaculture, he has engaged himself in various community based projects involving fishing, plastic recycling and has done various a research including microplastics. His passion for the ocean makes him a good asset for our hub.

Timotheo simon is an early aquatic scientist who is very passionate and well experienced in field of mariculture specifically  in hatchery production and management 

he works in seriousness with a hardworking spirit also has an ability to adapt  and learn quickly. Mr.Simon is also concerned more and participating in conserving both fresh water and marine ecosystem, he has participated in restoration of degraded sea cucumber stock along the beach of unguja island.
